East Hampton Town

After the addition of a new gunite pool, this property needed a complete revamp in form and function. The homeowner wanted a modern look with simple lines and low maintenance. We regraded the earth to accommodate fresh sod and a completely custom set of waterfall steps. The pool is wrapped bluestone steps and a bluestone pad for lounge chairs. A plateau was formed after the new fence and gates. Retaining walls separate the decking from the lawn, planted with an abundance of fountain grass. We planted a sea of native ferns in the wooded areas, adding to the feel of a private escape, yet located in the heart of East Hampton. The entire lawn is encased in custom welded metal edging.
